Accidental Death Benefit Plan
This plan protects you in the event of a covered accidental death,* your benefit amount will be paid to your beneficiaries. This amount could make a significant difference to them in their time of need-and could help pay bills, car payments, or funeral expenses.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment Plan
This plan covers you not only in the event of a covered accidental death, but ALSO in the case of loss of a covered limb. In the event of a covered accidental death,* your benefit amount will be paid to your beneficiaries or should you incur a covered dismemberment, your benefits will be paid directly to you. Additional benefits under this plan include:
Inflation Benefit
For every year the Policy remains continuously in force, the Primary Insured's Principal Benefit will automatically be increased by 5% of the Initial Principal Benefit until the Principal Benefit is equal to 125% of the Initial Principal benefit, or the Primary Insured turns age 70, whichever is earlier.
Education Benefit
Upon the accidental death of the Primary Insured, pays an additional 10% of the death benefit for each dependent child who on the date of the accident is between the ages of 15 and 22. Available only on the family plan and limited to $10,000 per child.
Seat Belt Benefit
Pays 10% of the Insured's principal benefit if the Insured suffers an accidental death while operating or riding in a car and wearing a seat belt.
Common Disaster Benefit
If the Primary Insured and the Insured spouse both suffer accidental death in a common accident, the Insured spouse's death benefit will be increased to 100% of the Primary Insured's Principal Benefit. Available only on the family plan.
Dismemberment Benefit
Pays for loss of a hand, foot or eye, subject to a table of losses.
Commercial Scheduled Airline Benefit
Pays an additional benefit amount equal to each Insured's Principal Benefit at the time of death from accidental bodily injury received as a fare-paying passenger on a commercially scheduled airline.

It’s Easy to Apply - You are Guaranteed Acceptance!
If you meet your state's age requirements (typically between ages
18-69, except in California and North Carolina), you cannot be turned
down for coverage.
Your Policy is Guaranteed Renewable!
As long as you pay your premiums, your policy can never be cancelled. Your
benefits are guaranteed to never be reduced until age 70, at which time they
are reduced 50%.
If you choose the Family Plan, the principal benefit for the spouse and any
dependent child will be equal to a percentage of the primary insured's
principal benefit as of the date of the accident. This is based on the
insured's family composition on the same date.
It works like this:
- For the spouse, the principal benefit will be equal to 60% of the
primary insured's principal benefit if there is no dependent child;
or 50% if there is one or more dependent children.
- For each dependent child, the principal benefit will be equal to 10% of
the primary insured's principal benefit if there is a spouse; or 20% if
there is no spouse.
* Exclusions
- Disease, sickness, bodily or mental infirmity, or medical or
surgical treatment of same;
- Suicide or intentionally self-inflicted bodily injury, while sane
or insane (reference to insane not applicable to Missouri);
- Being under the influence of any drug, narcotic, poison or gas
unless taken on the advice of a physician;
- Service in the military, naval, or air services of any country;
- Participation in any speed contest;
- Insured's intoxication (blood alcohol level of .10 percent weight
by volume or higher);
- Air travel as a pilot, student pilot or crew member;
- Committing or attempting to commit an assault or felony;
- Taking part in a riot, insurrection or terrorist act; or
- Skydiving, hang gliding, or hot air ballooning.
